At Lewisham, conducted usability testing of site in order to identify and tackle site's weaknesses, and to improve content and information architecture.
Produced RSS feed web-page template for Lewisham to harvest local news stories from other websites.
At Lambeth, carried out rigorous UAT and prevented sign-off of a sub-standard product from third-party developer, saving the council over £60k.
Developed functional requirement specifications for two new web applications at Lewisham, and worked with developers to produce final products.
Acted as main administrator of Microsoft CMS for Lambeth and Lewisham, and developed the sites in Visual Studio.Net.
Built my own website and blog, and a website for Lambeth Mencap that meets AAA accessibility standard.
