- At Lewisham, conducted usability testing of site in order to identify and tackle site's weaknesses, and to improve content and information architecture.
- Produced RSS feed web-page template for Lewisham to harvest local news stories from other websites.
- At Lambeth, carried out rigorous UAT and prevented sign-off of a sub-standard product from third-party developer, saving the council over £60k.
- Developed functional requirement specifications for two new web applications at Lewisham, and worked with developers to produce final products.
- Acted as main administrator of Microsoft CMS for Lambeth and Lewisham, and developed the sites in Visual Studio.Net.
- Built my own website and blog, and a website for Lambeth Mencap that meets AAA accessibility standard.
